KE20: 4age option?

Hi all,
I've had my little KE20 for a couple of years, still a stocker 3K under the hood. But as the years have gone on and the car is starting to slip body wise, i have decided to bite the bullet and bring her back to life, new paint. Then i thought perhaps new engine as well? The 3K runs fine ATM.
Question is: i have access to a 4age FWD, comes complete with loom computer & genie extractors for $300. Is this worth converting to RWD? my budget is limited, what kind of costs would i be looking at?
I could probably score a 5spd box as well.
What do you guys think?

well, fooksueng on these forums did a 4AGE conversion in his ke35 and he did it RWD i think he might of had a bit of trouble, if you wanna ask him try www.fookstar.com
