any seen one of those 88-92 sprinters, it was like a 4x4 sr5 wagon with a seca front (grill and hood) Confused saw it at work to day...

A workshop has one of these with full ST205 running gear in it and they use it for a circuit car. Fully stripped out inside with a full cage.
What a sleeper.

theyre called a Sprinter Carib in japan. front end parts are interchangable with the ae9x seca

they also run a drum solid axle rear end which i believe is a t series.

The wagon shown was the last Carib with a live rear axle.
Next model had indenpendant rear end. We didn't get this one in oz.
