By BW i assume you mean borg warner? Mind if i get some details of the conversion off ya? I am thinking about this for my Celica now i have the rotary in it. Either that or just go 9".

Any info you have on the conversion would be sweet. Smile

Sorry, Yes I do mean borg warner! The conversion is pretty simple really! I'm not doing the shortening work my self nor am I doing the mounts! But basicly I just bought a diff out of a VN commodore and took it to a person with the diff out of my TA22! He is going to shorten the VN diff and then fit the mounts from the TA22 diff! For the time being I will just be sticking with the VN brakes! I have not thought about the centre as yet because the car wont be drivin for a while!

I'm fitting a 3S-GTE to my car and then i'll be doing some work to it so I'm hoping the B/W will cope with this! I looked into fitting a 9 inch but damm they are heavy! Too heavy for handling intact!
The hilux diff is another good option but it is just too much of a pain to fit disk brakes!

Hilux diff rear discs done! Too easy. Currently doing write up. Will hand over to Nark when finished.

I have a recipe that will fit under 15" or 16" wheels.

Mate, I am hoping to buy a ST205 3S-GTE for christmas but I'm not sure i'll be able to afford it! I have been spending my money on alot of other toys lately! I just bought a new computer on monday!
But basicly I want to get all the backup work done first, the diff(in progress), front brakes(start this when diff is fitted), Cut spare wheel well out and fit drop tank and then fit engine! My plan is to have the car drivable by this time next year!
