has anyone done or know how and what parts are needed to convert a manual steer 86 to power steering?
can you use the same crossmember? i've heard that the power steering's setup steering arms are also shorter.
any help would be appreciated. thanks.

good luck find the parts and at a good price
the power steering arms alone are worth a pretty penny

Big T, out of curiosity, why would you want to do this and lose that wonderful feedback you get from the AE86?

I would question why you need power steering in a car that is a light as an 86. Even in car parks with bigger tyres and a smaller steering wheel I don't struggle to turn it. I agree that it's not worth the loss of feedback.
Perhaps if I had a 1UZ-FE bolted in it might be different... <shrug>
Cheers,
Dan
