I don't have a picture of the alloy surge tank unfortunately, and my digital camera has... er... expired  so I can't get one.
If I remember it's 2.5-3lt, with a 12mm outlet, two 10mm outlets and an 8mm outlet. It's not a home made job, it was TIG welded by a fabrication place based on the design I gave them. The tank is not polished, just the bare alloy, but would polish up well if you are into that kinda stuff.
