What is the difference between the front end of an MA61 and an MA70. i want to take the brakes off an MA61 and put them on my 85 corona but all i can find are MA70's, will these brakes be the same setup. I also need the front lower control amrs as well so will these be the same.

cheers MIKE

In a wrod. LOTS.

Will they fit. No way, but given time, money and etermination, anything is possible.

Look more towards other coronas or RA60/65 celicas as a better starting point

Cheers

RA6x brakes/hubs/struts are identical to MA6x. They're plenty common at pretty much any wrecker.

no theyre not norbs...

ra60 strut is definitely different, ra65 strut probably similarly so. different kingpin, different camber, different track

im also under the impression that the strut inserts are slightly different in dimension between these models. unconfirmed though

OK perhaps I should have used the word "interchangeable" in place of identical. Smile For this guy's purposes they're pretty much the same thing anyway.
