regardless what it gets called.. ppl will always add club at the end.
Ie, I've heard alot of ppl just say the CCCC club instead of CCC club. (cause of the acronym)

So, I am sure ppl will just say the TOGA club.

TOCSA sounds like toyota owners feltch.
