I have heard that overtime the factory ECM will override the Unichip?

is this true?
can anyone justify this?

Grimlock, how could that be possible? From my understanding of Unichip and other "Interceptors", they simply take sensor signals from the engine, and modify them before feeding the signal to the ECU. The factory ECU reads the modded info, and adjusts the engine as per normal. 'Tis a conjurers trick with mirrors and strings, or in this case one's and zero's. The Factory ECU will always adjust the engine according to the information it is fed.
