is the miss only at idle? i had a problem before where it just had a slight miss at idle and everything seemed fine but when i checked timing it retarded under acceleration because some wire was loose at the computer. I doubt its that but it took me like 3 weeks to find it so check ur timing advance u might have same gremlins as me.

Also check TPS it could be just slightly out
