What are the 370cc injectors off? As the stock gen1/2 are 225cc and the gen3 245cc would not the 370cc ones be great for your upgrade? I am running 440cc on my single turbo and it a bit difficult to keep idling when hot as the opening cycle is so low (8ms).

ddeane: I did some research and the green injectors were gen 3 right? I have no idea what cc they flow?
I am upgrading single turbo on my 1jz which is from the 380cc ones to my new 550cc ones

yeah mate that sounds good. BTW if you have a car with a crappy interior I reckon you could fit it in the back seat I was going to do this with my 1jz if I couldn't use the ute.

ahh cool..i was going to do that as well but i thought that if i use aluminium the air in the pipes will get heated more from egine temp then if i stuck with rubber pipes..is this true or not?

not sure mate.
Most people go to hard metal pipes because they don't expand like rubber. Also, the rubber pipes go very brittle with the heat especially the ones on the turbo side.

You don't happen to have a spare radiator fan and the surrounding black cover for the 1jz do you?
Just thought I'd ask in case you had them lying around.
Also need the "toyota" cover behind the radiator fan - that covers up the cams - black rectangular bit of plastic. I picked up a rock and it cracked all 3 items.

I don't have any fan equipment sorry.
I do have the timing belt cover but it isn't black any more I painted it yellow and then got half way through resanding it when I bought my new engine which came with purple ones
$15 plus postage if you want it.

yep, I have one. It has been sitting around a while but was working fine when in the car. Personally, I would be getting a new item though. They actually aren't that much from Toyota.

the pipes are off what the americans would call gen 1 so the cam cover breather connects in the middle not the front. Fit a catch can and it doesn't make a difference anyway. They are still available.
