Used a spring rate calculator and it came out as 272.4 lb/in. This isnt exact as some of my measurements could have been out. Not sure about shocks either but as far as I can see, they are the same as whats on the JIC website. They are SF1 or SA1. How do I tell if it has adjustable damper on it? Sorry I don't seem to know much about them but I have only had them for 4 days. They were going on my sprinter but things have come up..
