hey i went down to have a look at that one in canberra. it was too expensive though. he wanted 1500 bucks. it was pretty staright and didn't have much rust in it but it did have a big ding in the back and a bit of rust and the steering had something wrong with it... i just thought it was a bit much with those little things wrong with it and the fact that it had to be transported back to my place in sydney somehow was another diffuculty.
so i ended up finding one in the trading post that i got for a good price with 6 motnhs rego... too much rust in it though... so i'm getting another 2 this week!.... i've been trying to find them everywhere! trading post everyweek but there's never anything in it. 'gze dave' new of a couple and told me where to find em and i've bought them both so i'm pretty wrapped and am getting ready for my next project.
oh and if anyone wants any parts or a body... let me know coz i'm gonna have 3 of them and i only ultimately want one.

Wow another Mk2 aficionado. That makes 3 of us.
I wanted to meet Jofus half way in Albury....but he wasn't so keen. I hope it didn't end up in the junkyard. It was probably too good for that. In the end bought an MX23 for 800 with 11 months reg and not much rust.
Bexi, check your PM's.
Also I have just picked up a set of mint engine, body and chassis manuals for the Corona Mk2. This compliments the parts microfiche I have. If anyone needs excerpts photocopied or a part number, feel free to email me.
