If i just bought a car, and it needed a blueslip they charged me to fix the oil leak, and it still leaks do they have to fix it for free?

they should fix it for free cause they didnt actually fix it,
as long as it is leaking from the same place. go back to them and tell them that it is still leaking oil, if they charged u to fix a oil leak and its still leaking then they didnt fix it
or they didnt fix it properly,

or go to transport and dob them in for doing dodgy roadworthies

as long as its the leak that they fixed or u couldve washed it down and diagnosed the leak yourself
