Hey guys, i REALLY need some help with the weird problem i'm having.
during the daytime my car runs perfectly!however when i turn my headlights or parker lights on the car hits boost cut!i've tested this during the day too. i cant boost the car hard or put my foot down quickly when my lights are on! I'm running about 12psi and i have a fcd installed.it has boost cut as low as 6psi and 13psi.
do u think something has gone wrong with my wiring soon my car has had the swap?it didn't have this problem in the beginning.
the car is throwing code's 34,35.
where should i start looking at with this problem?? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.if u need any more details just ask me! thanks
the car in question is a st162 with a gen2 3sgte (sw20), factory ecu.

You are running 12 pounds but your fuel cut is set to 13psi........ is this correct?

The errors would relate to one of two things:
CODE 35
An open or short in the turbocharging pressure sensor circuit (Check your FCD wiring) or the pressure sensor itself has failed.
CODE 34
I would say check your FCD to make sure everything is fine as if this is not working the extra load from the alternator when your headlights would be causing that extra spike in psi. Considering that fuel cut is 12 to 13psi standard on a GT4 and your receiving a code 34 something tells me your FCD is not doing its job.

thanks for ur imput puffy .what gets me though is that the car did this to me twice (both times at night)before i had even put my bleed valve in,disconnected the tvsv and put the fcd in the car has never faulted during the day. from what you've said i think my turbo pressure sensor might be stuffed . anyway my plan now is to remove all the stuff i put in and bring the car back to standard. then i will see how it goes.
thanks again.
