GZE boost problems

Hi,
I have a map GZE run by a microtech LT8-s ecu with extactors and a 2 inch exhaust. I installed a boost gauge yesterday but so far have only got a maximum boost reading of around 5psi. The supercharger is in good condition according to the mechanic that did the conversion - I thought these things ran about 8 - 9psi with the stock supercharger pulley.
Can anyone suggest the problem here?
Also, which of the follwing mods would you recommed i do first; upgrade to a bigger exhaust (2.5 inch??), 175mm supercharger pulley, or front mount a larger cooler?
The dyno gave a reading of 115hp at the wheels. Does this seem about right?
Thanks

the power sounds about right..i prolly would go for a better inltercooler..the exhaust should be right if its mandrel bent..you can play with the pully if you like..but i would suggest getting a bigport 4age cam in the intake side and some adj cam gears set the cam timing up for 114 deg L/C's..run about 13 deg advanced on the ignition timing..and put a 3SGE throttle body on it..do a search in the forums for '4agze throttle body' i posted up a how to guide on the throttle body..it alone is about 5BHP and a heap more responsive..

best place to tee into is normaly the vacum line from the inlet manifold to the brown fuel reg vsv. same one you use when you do the ABV mod.

And for the obvious one, check that your SC belt is TIGHT. And no air leaks post SC.
