hey i am new here.... looking for some advice to modifying my 1981 ke55 corolla currently i have just put some speakers and a new h/u in it here are some pics




what do you think? its a nice little car...good for my l's

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. Nice little car. I suggest you leave it be for the time being. It's good enough for your L's and you'll need to get some driving experience up, as well as recognise the multitude of "masif dongs" that co-habit our roads.
When you're more confident, then I'd start to think about modding it. First off, if you've put in a nice stezza, then maybe your should also put in a good alarm system.
Then, just drive around and live and learn in the car in it's current form. You got plenty of time to upgrade - just enjoy the experience at the moment.

yeah thanks for your advice it is a good little car, sits on the road really well i reckon it was a bargin for what i paid. more pics can be seen at www.cardomain.com/id/drxplod

I had one of those...went like a rocket because it was mostly rust and had no weight
