For me it cost me $500 for the gearbox and a few spares as well as the pedals etc from MK3 (I ended up selling these and buying a Mk2 set), $80 for pedals, master cyl, slave cyl etc, $20 for seal kits, $20 for flywheel machining, $240 for sprung centre puck clutch plate, $5 for rear trans seal, $160 to get tailshaft modified, and $30 for trans x-member.
Out of that I sold the Mk3 pedals $100, spare 7M flywheel & clutch $25, auto trans $100, and gave away a spare shifter and slave cyl to a mate.

Ooop. Edit : The thrans was a W58 from Mk3 with 7M-GE
