Whatever is cheap. Any oil regularly is better than a "good" oil rarely.

4AGEs are getting a bit old, so use a bit thicker, like 20-50 or so I think. You'll be going some to kill it through lack of oil though, mine has copped a heap of shit and thrashing, occasionally on very low oil, and it is fine (well it still seems it).

Just put something in and check it regularly.

penrite hpr15 all the way.

or if your more economical in your driving.. or perhaps if your car doesnt like cold starts go hpr30..

i use caltex 10w40, or sometimes 15w40, dont know why, i just do, i may change one day, if given a good enough reason.
