 3SGTE rebuild on its way!

hey all
finally my rebuild is happenning 
with the help of mos, michael and rod's engine hoist the gt4 was lifted over the engine and the 3sgte is now sitting in bits on my garage floor.
omg talk about crap everywhere... took the head off in the engine bay first which was a major PITA and is not going to happen again.
will be sending the turbo, head and block off to get rebuilt/cleaned up.
just want some basic improvements for when i eventually run a higher boost level.
haven't decided how far to go yet... will high flow the turbo, port match the head, maybe a trd metal h/g (cheaper then hks), deck the block...
hmmm comes down to $... but suggestions are welcomed... hopefully will send it all off within the week
hooray!
not looking forward to putting it all back in... but can't wait till shes driving again

I cant wait to hear how it goes! I'll be rebuilding a 3S-GTE myself in the future! I want all the details

Good luck, I did mine about 18 months ago.
Did it break or is it time?

i had a blown h/g... was gonna be a simple change but i've gotten a bit carried away 
... got as far as taking the head off then figured i may as well go all the way
mos has taken plenty of before pics with bits strewn all over the place
will make sure i take some after pics too
not to mention the 'struggle to get her in' pics
