Microtech and 4-wire stepper (Draven?)

Hey guys,
Along the same lines as what CrUZsida was having troubles with, I'm just researching for down the track. Is there any way that the 4-wire stepper motors for idle can be run with a Microtech? I ask as my 1G has the same one as his, which is the same as a 7MGTE. I'm assuming it's the same as a 1JZ one, which is why your name was included Draven.
Do you know how SUPRAGTE set his one up? How is your one setup? I'd prefer not to go the solution of cracking the throttle a tad to get around it.
Thanks,
Nathan

Dale is unsure of this.
From what I have found out, Microtech can only control 2 wire steppers, not 4 wire, and I dont' think its possible to wire up a 4 wire stepper as a 2 wire (it may be possible, but it may not work as efficiently).
I'm converting to a 20Valve rotary style ISCV, which my current Microtech is set up for.
