RA23 Hilux diff variants

I know the topic has been covered before, so I'll keep it simple.
What variants did the hilux diff come in (including LSD variants which is what I want) and which ones specifically will fit into the ra23?

basically there were three different widths, 1390mm, 1410mm and 1430mm.
The RN2* early hilux's used the 1390mm diffs and this is the closest to what our RA2* celica's have (1380mm from memory).
The others were available in all odds and ends, with anything from about 3.9 centres to massive 4.9 centres... i cant comment more than that sorry.
