What physical marks are there on the 1G engine(cam,crank...)
are used to check the timing and or if the dizzy had been installed incorrectly,
any help would be great

losen the dizzy, get a timing gun and look at the crank near the numbers, while looking at it twist the dizzy, you will see a white mark at some stage appear below the numbers.
