Jorrs, on the ST162 its in one of two places. Its either sticking out of the exhaust manifold and through the heat sheild up front OR there may be one there plugging that hole and then the one the engine actually uses will be located under the car about a foot from the catalytic converter. Not 100% but i think it may be an indication of an import motor being fitted.

Your afm is a metal unit bolted directly to the top of the airbox with a pipe joining it to the throttle body.

you dont clean your 02 sensor

maybe the wiring or exteranal case doesn't look too neat - but don't try to do anything to the sensor end.

if you've ran the car with LRP or some kind of leaded fuel (racing stuff?) then you've poisoned the sensor.

The more lead (and the LRP equivalent i think as well) that the sensor is exposed to, the shorter it's lifespan will be before it fails due to the permanent absorption of the lead.

... i'd suggest you get a manual for your car if you don't know what the AFM looks like - or go to the wreckes and look over a 3S powered camry
