wondering if anyone knows where the list of ,its ok to register , is available from
and a wrecker the other day told me half cuts are going to become a thing of the past?

Contact the office of road and transport in Canbera. They will send you out an official booklet listing people approved to comply vehicles in all states and the vehicles they can comply.
I think it might also be on there web site.
