Do n/a 4age adjustable cam gears fit a 4agze?

Hi, I was just after a quick bit of help regarding cam gears.
I'm interested in purchasing some hks adjustable cam gears from greenline.jp (viewed at http://www.greenline.jp/catalogue/bcpartlist.php?m ake=Toyota&carcode=AE86&intake=NA#engine).
It seems they are for a 4age, but does anyone know if they will fit a gze?
Also, if anyone has them, what advance/retard do you run/where do i find out some decent settings?

they'll bolt straight on, as for adjusting them i wouldnt have a clue..

Thanks, I'd heard that some are bolt on and some have key ways or something. I really know nothing about them.
