I have recently moved in to a tidy unit situated near the Arkaba on Fullarton rd (5 min drive from city) & am currenlty looking for someone to move in to the second bedroom.. Thought I would post here as I would to prefer to live with someone who is in to performance cars &or the clubbing scene.
The place is a 2br unit like I said, with a large open plan lounge/dining area overlooked by a bar kitchen. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is a fair sized outside paved courtyard for entertaining/BBQ.
As for me, well I am a 25 year old guy, who is an IT consulant who likes to party hard when i get the chance. Drive an AE86. I also produce trance/hard house in my spare time.
Rent required is $80 week(+exp) and bond is 320 (set at 4 weeks rent)
