I done the 5m-ge conversion, but the fella that did the electrics cut the o2 sensor off the loom so i have driving around without the o2 sensor connected and the idle speed control valve is not connected properly either. So i have been driving the car around like that for a good 6 months now, and now my car is off the road again due to no spark. I have replaced the ignition coil and had the distributor checked and still no spark??????

you need to refer to a TSRM for a Mk2, see here:
i'd suggest that you check that the wiring between the ECU and various doubtful components (like the dizzi, ignitor, o2 sensor, ISCV, etc) is intact by doing continuity checks and then refer to the diagnostic pages in the same manual to see how you can get various things working or diagnosed as stuffed.
even tho its for a newer car, it's <http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/TSRM_MKII/in dex.html> is for a 5MGE engine in a supra.
Also - no spark could also be the ignitor not getting a signal from the ECU, or the pickup in the dizzi no sending to the ECU or the ignitor being stuffed.
you'll use a lot less fuel if there is an O2 sensor - tho only at idle or cruise.

so you have tested for spark at the end of the leads?
my 5mge would not fire at all because plugs were fouled.

it doesn't spark at the end of the lead that comes from the ignition coil

you need to work out if the ignitor is triggering the coil - or check that there is 12V a the + terminal at the coil... for starters.
checked all your connectors and fuses?
