While I've never done a custom SC14 install, I think your #1 problem is going to be belt slippage! You need a lot of power to turn a blower at full noise, and I have a feeling that skinny little V-belt isn't "quite" up to the task...

Toyota used a factory ribbed belt for a reason
Maybe you can use a different crank pulley, or bolt on a gilmer thingo.

I agree on the belt issue, but it sounds like you're bery aware of that already.
You can get steel bends from a freindly exhaust place. I just picked up a bunch of mandrel bent 2" sections that were lying around the local place.

The EFI setup looks good... I'd strongly recommend finishing that project, it will make the end result much much better! Carbies and forced induction are generally not a good combination...
