Semi-wrecking TA-23 (2T & 2TG/E) (Adelaide) Tue, 19 October 2004 09:20 Go to next message
I'm partially wrecking the TA-23 I've got, lots of bits to go, here's a list of some of the more important bits.

Reasonably Good Bits

2T block (rusted, needs lots of work) accessories (AC, water pump, fan clutch, fuel pump) still attached, crank in good nick, pistons/conrods still good, pushrods still in (carbon deposits has reduced rusting) sell for ~$100 (make an offer), dizzy incl.

2T head, condition unknown, probable waste, looking for $20

SOLD! 2T-G (w/- pistons) + 88260 head (can confirm this) for sale. Some accessories attached. Condition not known, was bought for $250, make an offer. No 2T-GEU dizzy! Plain points 2T-G dizzy Sad

2T-GEU manifold - good nick (just checking the sensors etc) $75

SOLD!Manual bellhousing off of TA-23 not needed anymore make an offer.

SOLD!2 x 40mm Solex Mikunis, really sticky shaft...look in reasonable nick, 32mm chokes $150

SOLD!2 x 40mm Dellortos DHLA, good nick off of Alfa I think, 32mm chokes bought for $300, make an offer

Not so good bits
For all the other bits I have for sale - head over here

goonman86 -> freight is pretty expensive to Tassie, I'll put pics up a bit later today...from vague inspection the 2TG is fine (could probably use a rebuild)...however it doesn't come with intake/exhaust manifold (you can buy intake manifolds from Redline, although they aren't of high quality IMHO) exhaust manifolds can be had from any good exhaust shop, and you'll need a set of carbies (I dunno if I have a suitable linkage though) or you can grab my GEU manifold (although that doesn't come with ECU).

I will buy the 2x 40mm Solex Mikuni carbs. If they have linkages that would be great.

$150 plus postage. PM me and we can swap details.

Don't have any throttle cable unfortunately Sad

The only thing I got lying around are just the standard 2T linkages, and they are worthless!
