According to the owners manual of my long departed (and much missed) KE35..Gross Vehicle Weight
Sedan and Hardtop 1,190 kg (2,435 lbs)
Station Wagon except car with w/radial tyres 1,280kg (2,619 lbs)
.....................car with radial tyres 1,265kg (2,588 lbs)
I am guessing the w/radial tyres is actually without...
Always a problem with translation on the older models..My Corona and Cressida manuals both talk about the ruggage compartment...Benny Hill was right all along...rotsa a ruck..

you sure on this??
KE30's are more like 8??kg, not over a ton!!!
what does "gross" include? 4 passengers and a dog?
KE1x ~ 720kg
KE2x ~ 760kg?
KE3x ~ 1200kg
KE7x ~ 970kg
something look funny there??
sure you are not thinking of coronas?

Well I checked the owners manual and the Gross Vehicle Weights are as I advised earlier...There is no definition of THEIR GVW so either its when fully fueled and all the "solid" people you know loaded in or its a massive cock up by the publisher..again.
