i have just bought SSI's 2tg Very Happy and now was wonderin wot some simple and effective brake upgrades would b for my ke 30 corolla. are corona discs alot bigger than the rolla ones???

how about some KE70's ? ive got two complete struts with newish discs and pads, ready to bolt in... just pulled them out of my car for my own upgrade.

To be honest, I wouldn't bother with any of the above suggested ideas. Things like RA60 brakes will provide a mild improvement over any of the Corolla hardware, but are still well short of desirable. Don't bother with any less than about 280mm, with some kind of reasonable calipers to match - you will enjoy having decent brakes more than you might think!

280mm seems like overkill for a 2T-G! I think RA60 brakes with decent pads will be more than sufficient, and doesn't require upgrading to much larger wheels.
