Hey Y'all

Is there any way to change the color of the dash lights in an ae82 twincam?? I just don't want the orange color i want red. Any help would be great.

Id assume itd be the same for most older cars so when you take out your dash and pull out the globes there are little silicon frangers over them. Go down to an autostore and buy different colours and re-assemble.

yeah its pretty easy to do it that way, however i went to blue and i'm rather disappointed in how it looks, over the holidays i will pull the circuit apart and put some luxeon 3W LED's in, still looking getting the scematics for the driver so i can modify it.

The replacement ones appear slightly thicker and so look a fair bit duller so I never bothered.

mine where about the same thickness but the thing is i wasn't goin to get LED blue from those bulbs.
