Well much has changed along the way here..... This baby is now off the road and is not to return under my name.... i have decided that the rust is too prevelant, and that a new body is currently being sourced from down in canberra. I just have to go down there and pick it up. As well as that, tomorrow i should be picking up a on K series rolla liftback (its a weird one.. looks like a 2 door wagon?).
So here is the list of whats going to happen:
- get the RA28 from canberra up to my place
- strip down both celicas
- rebuild the 18rgu
- put all the nice interior, suspension etc into the new RA28
- put the 18rgu into the new celica
- get some rego
all the while ill be driving around in a little K series.... pics will come along sooon!

UPDATE
as some know, i have purchased two new cars, which extends my Toyota garage to 4! I know have my new doner recipient RA28, my daily shitter KE50 Trueno, the RA28 above, and my old AE92 (soon to go).
Quick piccies:
Currently the yellow RA28 (known as weapon X) has a stripped out interior waiting for new carpet and me to rebuild and paint the dash components. Then make new door trims etc etc... then get some rego after everything is done

This car died an unfortunate death due to oxidisation... the more important parts have been transplanted to the yellow one.
There was rust so big in this thing that you could put your whole hand in the holes...

Her ashes were spread across the hills district...
There was a memorial service held, however, only Karl attended
