M men! What is this? Mon, 25 October 2004 07:41 Go to next message
Ok guys, I don't have a picture of it, but on my 5/6mg's it's a wee alloy hurdygurdy and it sits between the cam towers at the front of the motor. It is bolted to the head. I removed it, found it had a little chamber inside, chockablocked with gunk (like, GUNK) and old oil, so I know it's obviously part of the lube system. It's connected to three oil channels/galleries.

I only want to know what it is, for curiosity's sake.

Anyone?
