WTB Brackets for shifter cables & gearbox mount off a ST185 gearbox Mon, 25 October 2004 09:37 Go to next message
Wanted from an ST185 tranny: the bracket that holds the two shifter cables to the gearbox (top right in picture) and the thick metal plate that bolts to the gearbox on one site, and to the engine/gearbox mount on the other.

If you have them lying around, let me know! Thanks.

Are you talking about the cast iron bracing brackets? If so, I have both?!

Yes, it's the cast iron bracket that bolts onto the three holes on the right of the gearbox, seen in this pic:

The left engine mount is then bolted onto this bracket.

It really needs to be off an ST185 though, not an MR2, because the engine mounting holes don't line up.
