is it possible to over power a clutch???

if it is posible, should a 18rg have enough power to do it.
my rt104 is kinda not waning to move in high end of 2nd all of 3rd and 4th
all it does is sound like the wheels are spinning lots.

Yes it is quite possible, especially if your clutch is worn out or contaminated, or if your flywheel has become glazed.

or your pressure plate has bugger-all clamp force left...

There is a chance that the front gbox seal is leaking, and has leaked oil all over the clutch plate.
You need to find the cause of the slipping clutch , before you can solve it.
