Serpentine Belt Tensioners

How do I replace the auto-tensioner spring for the main belt?
Its for a 1uzfe but I'd say the process would be the same as the 1jz or similar.
The spring in mine has either snapped, or come loose.
Either way, it needs replacing.
Do I need to order a whole new part from Toyota? or just the spring?
And how do I get it apart?
I tried for a bit the other night, but it looks completely sealed
Cheers

C'mon.
Somebody has to have changed the tensioner on a 1jz/2jz/1uz at some stage??

The 1/2JZ unit is a complete replacement unit so I'd say the 1UZ unit falls into this same category.
