looking at cam gears, does it rotate clockwise or anti clockwise?? [Report message to a moderator]

it rotates the same direction as the crankshaft if it is driven by a belt or chain. it rotates in the opposite direction if it is driven by a single gear, but rotates in the same direction if there is an idler gear in between. [Report message to a moderator]

Thats confusing. i found out, its clockwise for my car My question should be which direction would the crank shaft rotate then!! no worries, already got it thanks [Report message to a moderator]
