Help! AE82 Wiper/Indicator/Light Electrical Problem!

I don't exactly know how to word this properly but i'll try anyway. If I am driving along at night and its raining for instance, i'll try to use my windscreen wipers while my headlights are on... They'll work on the way up but when they return back down it makes this massive clicking sound and the wipers start to seize and stutter, then eventually going back down. Now if my indicator is on as well, it's worse, as it makes my indicators stutter and seize too, they might not go off, or it might not turn on. It's hard to explain.
I have a video here explaining the problem, the cars not running in this video, but it does the same thing when the cars on and running too. I hope someone can help me.

either bad alternator not charging enough when lights are on
more things u turn on means less power output thru wiring
check alt output woth lights on and off
make sure u have clean batt terminals and earths

It'll be an earth. Crook earthing can do some funny things to cars!

hrmn okay, now to fix the problem... I'm not the best when it comes to a cars electrical system. Like, where to find things and such...
