looks similar to the 3a/4a rwd ones, on those you have to remove the top part aswell as the water pump and the rear facing hose, if thats any help.

If its the same as the 4A, then that pipe will have two o-rings, one at the top and one at the bottom. You'll have to remove the lower housing (take off the hose and get the other bolt out) and then it will pull away. When I did this job on my 4a-c, the reason it was leaking was the top of the pipe had corroded away and the o-ring had collapsed into the hole left by the corrosion. Be prepared to go to toyota looking for a new one. Mine cost $30 and they want $4 each for the o-rings
I went to clark rubber for those...
