question about the hilux/corona/puegeot brake upgrade.

Just a quick one about this upgrade.
I will be performing this for an RA40 but the rims i currently have on it only just fit as it is. There is about a millimetre and a bit between the tyrewall and the strut.
If i perform this particular conversion, will this gap be about the same, increase or heaven forbid decrease to the point where my tyrs foul on the strut (i am running 15x6.5inch rims with 195/60 profile tyres).
Also because my rims have both a 4 and 5 stud pattern, is it possible to convert it to 5 stud (i am doing a hilux rear diff conversion so the rears will have the 5 studs, so i thought it would be nice to make the front's 5 studs as well). Are all the threads about the 5 stud conversion for an ma61 relevent to this brake upgrade on and ra40?
Cheers
Damien

for 5 stud fronts, use MS65 crown hubs they will slot in using the same bearings, u just have to get the discs redrilled to suit.
there should be no change in the distance between the strut and the tyre, in fact i have a sneaking suspicion that the MS65 hub will give u more space between the hub and strut.
