Banned from pulsar.org.au but why?

Hey is anyone a member of pulsar.org.au coz i would like to know the administrators number so i can call and ask why i have been banned before i even registered.
I went to join last week and after completing the registration page, was given a prompt page that told me that my email address has been banned from their site with no explanation.
I have emailed the admin twice, to find out why. That was last friday.
Is this site accessed by invite only or what?

Get a new email address ! Like Yahoo or Hotmail etc.
