rofl. it's unlikely that I'd find those items in condition good enough to warrant a higher price than that, especially considering what you'd pay for a front cut from an importer ;p
although I could be wrong, and if so then I'd be happy to pay the extra ;p

I see it like this:
Halfcut: $4000+
Labour: $2000+
Enigineering: Dependant on the state of registration, but $500+
Coilovers: $2000+
Intercooler: $500+
Intercooler pipework: $500+
That makes 9K without raising a sweat, and another K for incidentals, makes 10!
