Do we have a *rough* date set out for this event? I want to be there, but I'll be up the coast until mid-January.

Sorry dude, but pending final confirmation it looks like it IS going to be held on Sunday 16th. This is simply the weekend that it's traditionally been held on in January, due to the long weekend being a time that a lot of people go away etc..

Is there a chance of organising a Dyno day while the ToyNats are on?
Otherwise us WA peeps will never have a chance at getting our name on the records list as it has to be done at an official dyno day.
And I want that damn 2500cc NA or over class record dammit

HAHAHA I've got a feeling the Toyota Nationals committee might take offence at us running an event while the Toyota Nats are on. To tell you the truth I like being able to just kick back and watch other people do the work when I'm at the nationals.
Sorry dude, however moving forward I'm sure it won't be too long until Toymods can offer an event that would be worthwhile coming over for.

Well, not exactly the SAME day(s) as ToyNats, but I will be over that way for about 6ish days, so do it then
But its gotta be a pretty big event to get someone from WA to just drive over.
It costs a good $2000+ in fuel and accomodation per car at this stage.
And fuel prices aren't looking too good.
So basically you are telling me that I will never get my name on the records page for dyno's?
(btw, give it a few months and I WILL have the 1/4mile record)

The dyno day isnt for tuning.
Its a competition to see who has the most power.

Yes, non club members are more than welcome to attend however there is a lower cost for club members.
Pricing for DD10 is still being confirmed at this stage.

Count out one of the contenders for the franken-3SGTE award, I'll be up on the North Coast entering a Show 'n' Shine event with my original car club, thus capping-off a nice healthy 3-week break from the monotony of Syndey-life.
I'd love to be in this event but I guess we'll have to wait until July for the Winter Dyno Day XI.
