im looking at doing a conversion to my 2wd hilux and was hoping
to fit a 3s gte
does anyone know of a rwd gearbox that will bolt up to a 3sgte?
i was thinking possibly a 2s corona box may bolt up and i will just replace it when it blows
i was thinking of a 1jz but i would like a bit of room in the engine bay and i think i could get good power from the 3sgte

If changin it to RWD you'll need a sump from the 2s, need to change the TB on the plenum, so maybe a cutom is in order.I think a w58 might fit up. Find JustenGT4- i think it was him who put a 1uzfe into a GT4 and changed it to RWD, so it can be done. Good luck with it mate

Must have been a pretty half-arsed search... this topic comes up about once a week on these forums.
I just typed "3sgte rwd" into the search page and got HEAPS of relevant threads on the first page. Did you really search or are you just saying that because you couldn't be bothered?
