Not interested as have two MZ21s myself but must admit this is cheap , Lucky to import one these days and comply - engineer etc for those $$$ and without the hassle.

Mate... The reason that I am considering ditching the Cressida is all about one single letter... "M"
I wouldn't be smart to go from one 7M engine to another. If it had a 1J in it then I'd be knocking on the door as we speak... But mate, I just wouldn't be able to handle another HG going. The 7M in my car has been nothing but a money sponge (I am definitely not saying that the Soarer's 7M is the same but sheesh, $5000 I've spent in 2 yrs keeping mine running)... No man should have to experience the BHG as often as I have.

You're right it should have been fine after the $3500 rebuild... but mine wasn't. So, now I have become M-phobic. An irrational fear of all M engines.
The engine in this Soarer is probably great and gonna last ages but I'd die if I have to fix another BHG so I'll pass at this stage... But I'm still thinking.

depends on your sourcing ability and if you can do the work yourself
from around 800 for a w58 installed by urself.. up to just around 2k for an r154

yah, i dont understand why they are so hard to sell, try finding anything as fast or as with as much potential and that are as nice to drive for 6.5k.. THERES NOTHING
id buy one aswell.. but 2 is enough and im broke

say 120 rwkw?.. they run very low boost, add an exhaust system and boost and they pick up power immensely
the 1st turbo car I ever went in was one of these, with full exhaust, just rebuilt and running stock boost... scared the shit out of me.
