18rgeu head torque settings (is this right)

i was sent a photocopied part from a manual and it says for cylinder head bolts to tension to 52.1-63.7 ft lb. does that mean 52.1 first then tighten to 63.7 or does it mean just some where between those 2 numbers will be fine...also do those tensions look right???

it means anywhere between 52.1 and 63.7, yeah sounds about right..

ddont head get torque to 2 settings though...firstly to a lower setting, then the final one???
