The import plate does say its a 1995 model but when i go to toyota with the chassis number they say it was made in march of 96. There is a photo ofthe engine on car domain its a bit dirty and messy but thatis going to get cleaned up in the next couple of weeks as i have broken a piston running to much boost and i an goin to paint a heap of things in the engine bay.

It might not be there.
Runs out of rego today & won't pass pink slip at the moment.
That's strange. Mine comes up as a Jan 96 model from Toyota, & mine is definitely the later model.
Jan 96 was the changeover from yours to mine.
Do you know how to read the lens number on your front indicators?
Theres a number printed in the plastic on the bottom (next to "Toyota") eg mine is 21-25.
Can you let me knwo what yours is coz I might be able to put your type lens in my car to replace the parkers.

Yeah, I was wondering about the wheels too.
You didn't have them on there last time I saw the car.
BTW, I'm driving upto Qld on Sat 11 Dec till after Christmas.
We should organise a Caldina cruise.
Do you know of any others up there?

No the intercooler is not standard, i think that the only thing in the engine bay that is standard is the abs.
The number on the bottom of the lens is 20-306.
Did you get hold of the wreckers in Bris about the lens?
Joshy how you doin? i have got a piston from Sara and i dont know if it is actually the piston any way, will find out on the weekend when the motor comes apart

Nice like the idea of nice looking wagon with a potent engine, shame toyota doesn't bring some stuff like this to ausw, one question if you don't mind answering how much do these go for. LIke the looks of them and also kinda the rarity and wolf in sheeps cltohing appeal

nice caldina.
I own a stock ST190 Corona 1.8 and I'm interested in your suspension setup, how much and where did you get them? I'm beginning to dislike my ride height.
