did you also get some conversion bits with the gearbox..like peddle assembly and tail shaft..and clutch master and slave

No idea how much it weighs mate. Maybe someone else knows??
No conversion bits just yet - will be some when the conversion is complete and will be listed at a later date.
200,000 odd kms on the engine - reco history unknown but runs well for it's age.
Shipping interstate will need to be arranged by buyer(s).

Nope, stiff track suspension, hard street tyres and too much power just result in wheelspin 
Not sure of ratio but it would be nice and short for quick takeoffs - do you know of a listing for MA70 axle codes to ratios?

Yes it will, it's a G series. Check your build plate. It will say a number like Axle Code: G285 or F***. If it's G it will fit.
