i have hilux ute and want to make it a lowlux but dont no how its got leaf suspenton in the back i dont no what type the front its but it doesnt have springs so it any one knows can u help

you will need lowering blocks for the back, and the fron twill be a torsion bar setup , and you can actually wind the bars down to lower the car, but i must warn you that pre-loading the torsion bars can eaisly make them snap!!! you could also opt for drop spindles in the front end!!!

drop spindles cost way to much
just go to your local auto store get some lowering blocks for the rear. or u can flip the springs upside down (not recommended) but lots of mini truck guys do it.
and wind the torsion bars down at the front, did it on my lux and have had no probs with them snapping, just flogged out one of the steering linkages but that was cause it was old.
or you can get the leaf springs re-set. lot safer the turning them upside down and then u have no ugly blocks either.
